Use campaign tracking to sort your traffic and commission reports by ad campaigns, referring sites or whatever else you'd like.
Just append &CID= XXXX to the end of any link you want tracked as part of a separate campaign (the XXXX's get replaced by an alphanumeric code of your choosing).
For example, say you wanted to track yoursite3.com independent of your other sites. You would add &CID= plus an alphanumeric code to represent yoursite3.com (in this case s3) to the end of your link:
http://www.ecommercecardprocessing.com/nonav_aff_add_cart.php?inventory_id=6&affiliateID=2006074172&CID=s3
and it will be tracked and reported separately under campaign code s3.
